Michael Swann, AKA Meswannjr (Me-Swan-Junior), has always had a strong desire for competition. Whether it was traditional sports, an online game, or any other head-to-head challenge, the idea of competition was a catalyst that propelled his personal development. Every loss was another reason to practice, every win was validation for the effort put in.

Nicholas Wolf, also known by his online handle "Fox McCumulus," has been an avid gamer all his life. Nicholas first engrossed himself in the world of competitive gaming with Rocket League in 2017, and has since been about neck deep in the world of esports. The world of gaming and the communities around it has always been a strong passion for him, but he's never been able to really work on something so tangible. Nicholas really hopes that he can bring a positive environment and a strong sense of community to his new business associates as well as the competitive scene as a whole. "Gaming has always been very important to me. No matter what I was doing, what I had going on in my life, I always had a video game I was playing at the same time. It's more than a little surreal to finally have a chance to be involved, and maybe even help to shape a new community of competitors" - Nicholas Wolf

Cole, known as GingerBeardMan, has always had a knack for gaming for the majority of his childhood. Most of the gameplay was casual up, besides the hand full of ladder matches in various games, until the beginnings of Rocket League Sinfonian Series where he truly began diving into the competitive field of gaming. He’s always wanted to join the business of gaming through either development, design, testing, competing or hosting. RBG eSports has opened that window for him and is allowing him to explore a passion he has held for most of his life. “Gaming was more than just an entertaining pastime for me, it was always an adventure, a release of creativity, an escape. On top of that it now is a drive for improvement in myself as a competitor and staff member in the eSports world. My hopes are to accel and provide a community that hones the talents of those worthy of competing in tournaments worldwide, and with RBG eSports I believe we can do that.” - Cole Milligan

Kyle, also known as BeardRunner, has been a competitive gamer ever since he and his brother got a Nintendo 64 for Christmas in 1998. Hours spent trying to beat his older brother in Super Smash Bros conditioned him to have a "must-win" attitude when playing multiplayer games. This continued into middle school and high school with games like Halo and various other competitive shooters. When Kyle got into Rocket League shortly after its launch, he felt a strong need to climb the ladder and spent way too many nights solo queueing until 4am to get to a respectable level. Rocket League also provided him with a sense of community, as he now almost always has friends online to play with and even enter tournaments with. RBG Esports allows Kyle to continue to grow as a gamer and a community member, and even allows him to dabble in twitch commentating and game analysis. As Operations Manager for RBG ESports, Kyle is dedicated to work with the rest of the team to make the organization as effective as it can be at winning tournaments, entertaining its community, and building a brand that will be recognized as top tier.
